Several times now, it states a dollar amount due but the payment is diff when the transaction goes through the account.

Never run out of scripts again

I take care of prescriptions for both my husband and myself. I have not found a way to have both our accounts available to me in this app. Only one is available and that is frustrating.

Very user friendly! I also appreciate all the email reminders and confirmation of orders. Great app!

Now that theyve added the Finger Print sign in, I actually look forward to using the application. Thanks so much for this feature. Now, if only everyone else started adopting this method :-)

We love Express Scripts and have never had any issues with the ease of its use.

Just refilled everything - easy!

App is absolutely easy to use and well laid out. Would be even better if it included SMS/text notifications as well because I already get too many emails and I dont read them all.

This app has the basic elements to view existing Rx & order refills, but not much else. The other features, like tracking how many pills you have left, dont work. It changes the numbers at random. Also, you cant hide Rx you no longer take. They just stay there until long after they expire. Once you hide an Rx on the website portal, you cant I unhide it through the app. There is definitely room for improvement.

I love this app. I can schedule automatic prescription refills, delivery is timely and, when Im out of refills, Express Scripts contacts my doctors office for me. Love it.

Did everything I needed easily!

Im glad this app exists. Its not the most sophisticated, but it absolutely does whats necessary.

The Express Scripts app allows me to do 99% of my home delivery medicine processing. I can order meds, reorder meds, refill meds, check on order status & even check on shipping dates. It is only on rare occasions that I need to log onto their web site or call them, e.g., to make sure a prescription is cancelled or to ensure an unnecessary auto-refill is cancelled. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work, Express Scripts!
