Convenient to have an app for this purpose, but not executed well. It might almost be better than the website though.

It is very organized, as I have multipharmacy, so I really need my mail in pharmacy provide a great app for me to manage my medication. Thanks!

As I get older and have to take more meds this app makes it really easy. Pretty painless

Best way to reorder drugs. Very secure, uses iPhone fingerprint security. Order process very quick.

It works good if the medication is listed

The app itself works well, but Im using an iPad and it wont display in the landscape mode. Thats inconvenient because Im using an attached keyboard, so I have to rotate the whole device or twist my head to read the app. So a slight improvement by Express Scripts would be a big improvement for me.

Cant advance to the second reorder page with clicking meds on the first page(that I dont need). Also, how do I remove drugs from my list that I no longer take?

I love this app been using it since it came out before all the new updates its fantastic I use it all the time to order check status etc etc and to track my orders.

I missed this app so much while I wasnt a government employee.

I like the ease of ordering prescriptions. However, I didnt like that I cant change payment options through the app. Its annoying to have to go to the webpage to add or change payment information.

Easy to use and well designed.

I was very hesitant to download express scripts app. It is so easy to sign on and order medication and pay the bill. I do recommend this app if you were an express scrips customer.

I prefer to pay my bills at a certain time each month. If I call in I can asked to be billed but, this app forces immediate payment. Makes me angry

So nice to have access to Express Scripts anytime.

I would love this app if it gave me control with verifying my address. I dont have my scripts delivered to my house & even though I have been a constant customer for several years I still have to verify my address over the phone. Thats all I wish they would fix. If express scripts ran the rest of their business as well as this app does I would love them! They need to learn better customer service over the phone.

Works much better than browser based process.

The app is easy to use, and is a quick and easy tool. The app is much less confusing than the main webpage; everything important is right on the main page.

Great app I spent 20 minutes on the phone with express scripts trying to get them to do the work it took me five minutes to do strongly recommend the app to new members
