Overall the app works decently. There seems to be a lot of lag with responsiveness. It would also help if they integrated Touch ID — making it a truly "mobile" app.

I find the website easier to use. The app does not list all medications and I almost always have difficulty maneuvering around payment issues. Will not allow me to be billed unless I remove any credit card info on file. I always end up having to log in to the website on my iPhone to get what I need.

So quick and simple to order refIlls! Great Job Express Scripts.

Make Touch ID work!

I just downloaded the app and refilled an order within five minutes. That was including a forgotten password! So easy!

Ive had this app for about two months and, so far, I love it. I love being able to quickly move to home delivery. The only thing I would do differently is allow the policy holder to be able to view all meds. However I understand that HIPPA may not allow for this.

I do appreciate the app. More than once however Ive tried to log in to look at current meds or order a refill only to be told I have to log into a computer to get in to the account. Thats not always possible. I use my phone or tablet to keep up with it. Ive had to call at least once to get into my daughters account. Same for my husbands. I wish it were easier to toggle between patients but thats not major. One log in for a family would be great! Keeping up with each persons prescriptions is handy when we need to recall them. Overall its been useful.

The easiest way to keep track of your medications

Easy to use, streamlines the whole ordering process, all prescriptions are presented clearly, lets me know if a prescription needs renewal, they call doctor, they notify me if there is a delay at the doctors office. Very handy!

This app has simplified my ordering from Express Scripts!! It takes a fraction of the time I used to spend ordering refills. I love the 24 hour access for my convenience. I also appreciate the Doctor contact for renewals. Thank you Express Scripts! Geri Pate

Easy to use. Would like to be able to delete prescriptions for drugs I am no longer taking. It would make navigating the refills much easier.

It seems to work ok. Functionality looks good. Slow response - could be network. Locked up trying to change patient. Had to close and reopen.

I have little control. Its actually difficult to find where and how to pay. The app also tells you it will call on prescriptions with no refills. What if I dont want or need it filled, I cant stop it. It also asked for a credit card to pay my bill then put it on file as payment type. I didnt give permission for that and shouldnt I get a discount for that? You get to put your hand in my cookie jar but I get no discount?

This is the best app I have ever had, well done, it is amazing.

Ok but ONLY IF the site finally recognizes which scripts are auto-refill. Even calling in doesnt assure proper care!

I find the app much easier to work with than the Internet site. The layout is straightforward and the directions are clear.
